I’ve been MIA for quite some time while I worked on a CA real estate license. Finally done, so hopefully I’ll get to post on my experiences with social media, web dev, etc in that area.

Hi Rick, would like to hear about your experiences with CMS realty and especially SEF. I’m working on many property websites at the moment in Europe and have never found a Joomla SEF system that works 100% with OR and CMSR, I even reverted back to dynamic URL’s just to stop the headaches. I seriously need to employ a web design guy as I’m up to my neck in property sites, jus don’t have the time to ignore my paying customers and get my head stuck into “MAKING IT WORK”maybe I’m missing the obvious (as we do). Anyway I read regularly and some more advice on CMS realty and when I get sorted with SEF I need to know about MLS and RETS for us poor, overworked, underpaid Europeans trying to earn a crust would be great reading.
